NIS Logistics honored among the top 5 cargo agents in Egypt by Egypt Air

EgyptAir Cargo held a ceremony to honor all the agents of the company outside and inside Egypt that achieved most of the company’s targets.

The ceremony aimed to market the company’s activity and its current and planned network and present the company’s strategy during the next phase. Also, the company signed cargo contracts coasted $25 million.

Chairman of Board of Directors of EgyptAir Cargo Pilot Jasser Hussein thanked the company’s employees for their efforts to increase cargo shipped on the company’s planes during the recent period.

Hussein stressed that they were the partners of company’s success in achieving the highest revenues. In addition to that, they were an essential and effective element of the company family.

Hussein pointed to the challenges facing the company during the next phase to increase exports while maintaining the market share gained by EgyptAir in the previous period, especially during the coronavirus pandemic, which saw a significant increase in the demand for cargo and logistics worldwide.

General Manager of Commercial Affairs Hitham Abdel Baki made a presentation on EgyptAir Cargo’s future plans, the strategy of operating cargo aircraft and the expansion of the company’s network of lines; especially in Lahore, Pakistan, that started to be operational on August 21 and Hanoi, Vietnam.

Abdel Baki announced that a new plane would join the company’s fleet model Boeing 737 with a load of 25 tons in order to increase the number of countries reached by company’s planes to cover several points on the African continent.

He also confirmed during the presentation that the company’s strategy was to bring cargo to Cairo and then to re-ship it to the countries of Africa, Europe and America as a step towards transforming Cairo International Airport into hup airport.

At the end of the ceremony, Hussein honored the top 10 cargo agents abroad, German agent of Skyline Hassan Ajlan, Thailand agent Cargo Flight Amarit Banseri and agent of both Dubai and China Link Global Company Rush Wang.

Also, Hussein honored the top 5 cargo agents inside Egypt, including Ahmed Fouad from Venus Company and Ahmed Salah from Egyptian Trading Company and Mohamed Ahmed from Al Nada Company.
